For years now, I, along with other in the neighborhood have rallied against the loud cars that permeate our streets. Sadly, we have complained until we are blue in the face to no avail; we have gotten no relief from this egregious issue from the Providence Police, the City Council and the Mayor's Office. I have created this page in an effort to further this cause.
